- Plant Operator/Technical Assistant
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc
- Experience: 3 – 8 years
- Responsibilities:
- Operating machines such as Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish)
- Imprinting, Visual Inspection, Band sealing
- Capsule filling (Adapta, MG2, ACG, ZRO)
- Performing line clearance, operation, and cleaning of equipment/instrument/auxiliary items
Packing
- Plant Operator/Technical Assistant
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma in Engineering
- Experience: 3 – 8 years
- Responsibilities:
- Operating primary machines for Bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line and Sachet Packing (Wraptech)
- Performing line clearance, operation, and cleaning of equipment
- Monitoring equipment performance and breakdown
- Maintaining yield and productivity as per process instructions
- Receiving, arranging, storing, and maintaining material movement of packaging material
Engineering
- Technician
- Qualifications: Diploma/ITI/ITI (Refrigeration)
- Experience: 3 – 8 years
- Responsibilities:
- Working in HVAC + BMS / Electrical (HT, LT panels) / Process Equipment (Granulation, Compression, Packing) / Instrumentation
- Exposure to Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance
- Pharma and Regulatory Exposure is a must

- Exposure to regulatory requirements of documentation and cGMP/GLP is essential for all positions
