About the Role
Position: Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
Location: Home-based in Mumbai or Delhi
As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing clinical trial sites to ensure high-quality data and compliance with regulatory standards. Your efforts will directly support groundbreaking research and innovation in oncology.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Management: Manage all aspects of study site activities, including site selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Quality Oversight: Ensure high-quality data with low query levels and positive Quality Assurance (QA) outcomes.
- Embedded Role: Work directly within the client’s study team while being supported by a dedicated ICON line manager.
- Team Support: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering collaboration and skill development.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: A degree in B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm D, BDS, or MBBS.
- Experience: At least 2 years of onsite monitoring experience in oncology clinical trials (excluding training and induction).
- Communication Skills: Strong and clear communication abilities for effective coordination and reporting.
