Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze digital health data from wearable health monitoring devices such as heart rate monitors and continuous glucose monitors (CGM).
  • Perform data imputation, identify data patterns, and predict health or disease status or adverse events.
  • Apply machine learning methods to derive meaningful insights from wearable health device data.
  • Conduct reproducible data analysis using workflow management systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Postgraduate degree in bioinformatics.
  • Strong understanding of digital health data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Linux environment and significant experience with R and Python.
  • Experience with data analysis on local systems, high performance clusters, and cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with machine learning methods for health data analysis.
