A prominent clinical research company based in Ahmedabad is looking to expand its team with the addition of a Clinical Data Anayst. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of a state-of-the-art Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS). The company is committed to advancing clinical research and improving patient outcomes, making it an ideal place for professionals passionate about the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities in the Job

As a Junior Clinical Operations Analyst, your main duties will include:

  • Development and Maintenance of CTMS: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining tools that support the Company’s CTMS, ensuring efficient operations and management of clinical trials.
  • Day-to-Day CTMS Responsibilities: This involves user account management, making study parameter changes, and performing various administrative tasks.
  • Report Creation and Ad Hoc Analyses: You will create reports and perform ad hoc analyses to support clinical operations and decision-making.
  • Data Quality Checks: Execute data quality checks throughout the study conduct to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Issue Resolution and Continuous Improvement: Provide support in resolving issues and contribute to ongoing improvements in processes and systems.
  • Compliance: Adhere to the Company’s Integrated Management System and applicable national and international legislation.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • A relevant background in clinical research, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Independence and Teamwork: The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team with minimal supervision.
  • Time Management: A strong capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
