Key Responsibilities – Medical Device Complaint Investigator
- Perform medical device complaint investigations in compliance with global regulations
- Conduct risk assessments using ISO 14971 and FMEA methodologies
- Support CAPA activities, root cause analysis, and trend analysis
- Prepare high-quality investigation reports and regulatory documentation
- Collaborate with quality, regulatory, and vigilance teams
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and internal quality systems
- Participate in complaint triaging and safety evaluations
Eligibility & Qualifications
Experience
- Pune: 0 to 9 years (Freshers + Experienced | Immediate Joiners preferred)
- Kolkata: 0 to 5 years (Medical Device Investigation experience required)
Educational Qualification
- Any Life Science Graduate (Pune)
- Approved Qualifications for Kolkata Walk-In:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Biomedical / Mechanical Engineering
- BSc Medical Imaging & Radiology Technology
- MSc Molecular Biology
- BSc Nursing / BDS
- BSc Biology / Medical Technology
- Physiotherapy, Optometry, Psychology, Veterinary Medicine, Respiratory Therapy, etc.
Skills Required
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong understanding of medical devices and risk management
- Knowledge of complaint investigation, CAPA, and regulatory standards
- Willingness to work rotational shifts (Pune) or fixed night shifts (Kolkata)
- Ready to relocate and work from office
