Job Responsibilities

As part of the Aarti Industries team at Jhagadia, your role will involve:

  • Instrumentation Operation Officer/Executive/Technician: Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems for efficient plant operations.
  • Mechanical Operation Officer/Executive/Technician: Manage mechanical systems, ensure equipment reliability, and support project commissioning.
  • Electrical Operation Officer/Electrician: Maintain electrical systems, ensure safety compliance, and support plant operations (electrician license mandatory for some roles).
  • Shift Incharge: Supervise plant operations, ensure safety protocols, and manage shift teams.
  • Field Operator (ETP/Utility): Operate and monitor Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Reverse Osmosis (RO), and Multi-Effect Evaporator (MEE) systems.
  • DCS Executive: Manage Distributed Control Systems (DCS) for seamless chemical process operations.
  • Boiler Executive: Oversee boiler operations, ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency standards.
  • QC Chemist: Conduct quality control tests, analyze chemical samples, and ensure product standards.

Qualifications

To qualify for these roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Instrumentation Roles:
    • BE – Instrumentation & Control: 4-8 years of experience.
    • Diploma in Instrumentation & Control: 3-6 years of experience.
    • ITI – IMCP: 3-5 years of experience.
  • Mechanical Roles:
    • BE – Mechanical Engineering: 4-8 years of experience.
    • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering: 3-6 years of experience.
    • ITI – Fitter: 3-5 years of experience.
  • Electrical Roles:
    • BE – Electrical Engineering: 3-6 years of experience.
    • ITI – Electrician (License Mandatory): 3-6 years of experience.
  • Chemical and Other Roles:
    • BE – Chemical Engineering (Shift Incharge): 3-6 years of experience.
    • ITI – AOCP (Field Operator): 3-5 years of experience.
    • Diploma in Chemical Engineering (DCS Executive, experience in DCS mandatory): 2-4 years of experience.
    • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering + BOE (Boiler Executive): 3-5 years of experience.

    • ITI – RFM (Field Operator Utility): 2-4 years of experience.
    • BSc/MSc Chemistry (QC Chemist): 3-6 years of experience.
