Ltd., a leading pharmaceutical company in Hyderabad, is conducting walk-in interviews for multiple production positions on March 29th, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. The positions are based at our facility in Cherlapally, conveniently located near Habsiguda, ECIL, and Kushaiguda.
Available Positions and Requirements:
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the following crucial roles within our production department:
1. Production Operator (Multiple Openings)
- Job Description: Production Operators are responsible for operating and maintaining various production machinery, ensuring efficient and safe production processes, and maintaining quality control standards. This involves following standard operating procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting minor equipment malfunctions, and adhering to strict hygiene and safety regulations.
- Requirement 1: Fresher Position
- Qualification: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Fitting.
- Experience: Fresher candidates who passed out between 2020 and 2024 are encouraged to apply.
- Requirement 2: Experienced Position
- Qualification: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Fitting.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or related manufacturing environment.
- Essential Skills: Experience operating and maintaining at least one of the following: Autocartonator, Blister Packing machines, Liquid Filling machines, Monoblock machines, or Linear bottle filling and sealing machines. A strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is essential.
2. RO/DM Plant Operator
- Job Description: The RO/DM Plant Operator will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Deionized (DI) water purification systems. This role requires a keen eye for detail, adherence to strict water quality standards, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Qualification: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Fitting, or any other relevant technical qualification.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience operating and maintaining RO/DM plants in a pharmaceutical or similar industry is preferred.
3. Production Chemist (Pellets)
- Job Description: The Production Chemist (Pellets) will play a key role in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical pellets. This involves precise measurement and mixing of ingredients, operating specialized pellet manufacturing equipment, and maintaining detailed records of production processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of the pellets produced.
- Qualification: B. Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy, or MSc in a relevant field.
- Experience: 2-7 years of experience in pellet manufacturing within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Essential Skills: Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in pellet manufacturing processes, including granulation, spheronization, coating, and drying.
