Viatris is hiring for the position of Executive – Global Pharmacovigilance Operations in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities
As an Executive – Global Pharmacovigilance Operations, selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Assisting with retrospective quality oversight of global Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) maintained in the global drug safety database.
- Reviewing safety cases for quality, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established pharmacovigilance conventions.
- Authoring and revising global procedural documents and data-entry conventions in accordance with PV regulations.
- Supporting vendor management and providing feedback to vendors to improve ICSR quality.
- Developing and maintaining global pharmacovigilance training materials.
- Delivering training related to ICSR handling and PV operational activities.
- Responding to pharmacovigilance operations queries from vendors, global sites, and affiliate safety representatives.
- Reviewing changes in legislation related to pharmacovigilance, clinical development, and medical devices.
- Updating relevant processes, procedures, and training materials following regulatory changes.
- Managing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and ensuring timely completion and closure.
- Supporting internal pharmacovigilance audits and regulatory inspections, including document requests, inspection preparation, and CAPA management.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements across Global Pharmacovigilance Operations.
- Managing assigned PV projects, including business integration and safety database enhancement initiatives.
Qualification and Experience
