Verve Human Care Laboratories, a unit of Venor Pharma Ltd., is a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company dedicated to producing high-quality oral pharmaceuticals, granules sachets, and parental formulations. Nestled in the serene and pollution-free zone of Pharmacity Selaqui Industrial Area, Dehradun, the plant is designed to meet the stringent requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as specified by the World Health Organization (WHO).
With a robust presence in the domestic market, Verve Human Care Laboratories is expanding its operations across India, supported by a network of sales depots in over 15 regions. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for talented professionals to join our team in key roles within Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Engineering.

Open Positions
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Regulatory Affairs Manager
- Experience: 12 to 15 Years
- Role Overview: The Regulatory Affairs Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s products comply with all regulations and standards. This role involves the preparation and submission of regulatory documents, liaising with regulatory authorities, and ensuring that all regulatory guidelines are met.
2. Senior Officer/Executive (QMS) – Quality Assurance
- Experience: 05 to 08 Years
- Role Overview: The Senior Officer/Executive in Quality Assurance (QMS) will oversee the quality management system to ensure that all pharmaceutical products meet the required standards. This includes monitoring processes, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions to maintain compliance with GMP and WHO standards.
3. Fitter (Mechanical Engineering)
- Experience: 05 to 10 Years
- Role Overview: The Fitter will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment within the facility. This role requires expertise in mechanical engineering to ensure the smooth operation of all machinery and equipment.
Qualifications and Skills
Each role requires a specific set of qualifications and skills:
Regulatory Affairs Manager
- Educational Background: A degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Senior Officer/Executive (QMS) – Quality Assurance
- Educational Background: A degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of GMP, QMS, and regulatory standards, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
Fitter (Mechanical Engineering)
- Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Skills: Proficiency in mechanical repairs and maintenance, ability to read and interpret technical drawings, strong troubleshooting skills.
