Roles & Responsibilities

For Executive positions (Quality Control and QC Microbiology):

• Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.
• Operate and maintain sophisticated instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, etc. (especially for QC role).
• Conduct method validation, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Document results accurately and prepare reports.
• Participate in investigations for OOS/OOT results.

For Trainee positions (Analytical Development, Development Quality Assurance, QC Microbiology):

• Assist in analytical method development and validation activities.
• Support quality assurance reviews, documentation, and batch release processes.
• Perform microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, and media preparation (for QC Micro).
• Learn and apply industry standards under senior guidance.
• Maintain lab records, calibration logs, and safety protocols.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the respective departments.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Executive – Quality Control: B.Sc./M.Sc. with 2-4 years of experience in validation; thorough knowledge of HPLC is essential.
• Executive – QC Microbiology: M.Sc. Microbiology with 3-4 years of experience in the microbiology section.
• Trainee – Analytical Development Laboratory: M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry; freshers are welcome.
• Trainee – Development Quality Assurance: B.Pharm/B.Sc.; freshers eligible.
• Trainee – QC Microbiology: M.Sc. Microbiology; freshers eligible.

Candidates should possess good communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems.
