Position: Formulation Research & Development (2 Openings)
Qualifications
- Education:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc.
- Experience:
- 1 to 5 years in Formulation R&D.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulation & Process Development:
- Develop oral solid and injectable dosage forms for regulated and semi-regulated markets.
- Address and resolve formulation challenges through troubleshooting techniques.
- Trial Design & Execution:
- Design formulation trials and evaluate stability data to finalize compositions and processes.
- Technology Transfer:
- Oversee the transfer of R&D formulations from lab scale to pilot or production scale.
- Documentation & Protocols:
- Write and review essential documents, including master formulas, SOPs, stability reports, and product development reports.
- Collaborative Research:
- Work closely with Analytical Method Development, cross-functional departments, and external stakeholders to accelerate new product development.
- Compliance:
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all R&D activities in accordance with company procedures.
- Vendor Communication:
- Liaise with external vendors and laboratories to support project requirements.
