Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

Veeda Lifesciences is recruiting for the following roles in its Bioanalytical Research department:

• BQM (Bioanalytical Quality Monitor / QC Reviewer) Perform quality review of bioanalytical data, including chromatograms, calibration curves, QC samples, and final reports. Review method validation reports for compliance with GLP, GCP, US FDA, EMA, and CDSCO guidelines. Ensure data integrity (ALCOA+ principles), traceability, and review of study plans, protocols, and SOPs.
• Custodian Handle receipt, labeling, logging, storage, and retrieval of biological samples (plasma, serum, urine, etc.), reference standards, and analytical columns as per SOPs. Maintain storage conditions in deep freezers and refrigerators, monitor temperatures, manage inventory, chain-of-custody logs, and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Instrumentation Engineer Support routine inspections, calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of lab instruments to minimize downtime. Maintain documentation, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with external vendors for specialized services.
• Lab Automation Manage Sample Manager LIMS for bioanalytical lab processes, configure method parameters, prepare and update execution methods, oversee system implementation, digitalization, vendor evaluations, CSV documentation, and ensure smooth operations.
• LIMS Operator Create projects, studies, and master assays in LIMS based on SOPs. Develop study designs, create analytical runs, import results, perform regressions, generate reports (including reassay and summary tables), and produce barcode labels for clinical studies.
• Document Controller Request and maintain controlled documents (forms, SOPs, logs), issue them as needed, track accountability, handle revisions and returns of obsolete versions, and perform reconciliation and archiving of raw data, calibration records, and other department-related documents.
