Job Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive)
- Ensure compliance with USFDA and Eu-GMP standards.
- Conduct internal audits and maintain quality documentation.
- Monitor manufacturing processes for adherence to SOPs.
- Support regulatory inspections and quality improvement initiatives.
Quality Control (Officer/Executive)
- Perform analytical testing of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Prepare and review quality control reports.
Production (Operator)
- Operate and maintain production equipment for oral solid dosage forms.
- Follow SOPs to ensure product quality and safety.
- Monitor production processes and report deviations.
- Collaborate with teams to meet production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc., or M.Sc. in Chemistry/Pharmacy for QA/QC roles; Diploma in Pharmacy/Engineering or ITI for Production roles.
- Experience: 2-5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing (QA/QC) or 1-3 years in production roles.
- Skills: Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory standards; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attributes: Team player, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.
