Job Responsibilities

Quality Control (QC – HPLC)

  • Conduct High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) testing to ensure product quality and compliance.
  • Perform stability testing and analytical method validation for pharmaceutical products.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of test results and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality control processes.

Quality Assurance (QA – IPQA)

  • Perform In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) checks during manufacturing to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Review and prepare documentation, including batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and risk assessments.

Assistant Manager (QA)

  • Oversee QA operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Lead audits, training programs, and process validations.
  • Mentor junior QA staff and drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies for certifications and inspections.

Qualifications

  • Quality Control (QC – HPLC): M.Sc./B.Sc. with 2-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical QC, specializing in HPLC and stability testing.
  • Quality Assurance (QA – IPQA): B.Pharm with 2-4 years of experience in IPQA and GMP compliance.
  • Assistant Manager (QA): B.Pharm/M.Sc./B.Sc. with 10+ years of experience in QA leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., WHO, GMP, ICH guidelines).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
