Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Process Scale-up & Validation – Lead risk assessments, coordinate scale-up activities, resolve deviations, and support API process validation in compliance with regulatory standards.
✔ Collaboration & Technical Transfer – Work closely with R&D teams for successful API product development and ensure smooth technical transfer to manufacturing.
✔ Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting – Provide expertise in process equipment, troubleshoot operational issues, lead investigations, and implement corrective actions (CAPA, FMEA).
✔ Training & Documentation – Develop specialized knowledge, train operational teams on SOPs, and document improvement opportunities in technical reports.
✔ Regulatory Compliance & Team Engagement – Ensure adherence to industry regulations (GMP, FDA) and participate in safety and environmental initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in API Process Development & Scale-up
- Technical Skills: Process validation, risk assessment, CAPA, FMEA
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management
- Preferred: Experience in technical writing and multi-project management
