Open Positions and Key Responsibilities
1. Surgery Coders (Certified)
Responsibilities:
- Accurately coding same-day surgical procedures in compliance with coding standards.
- Reviewing medical records to ensure the correct codes are applied for surgical services.
- Collaborating with the medical team to resolve any documentation discrepancies.
- Staying updated with changes in coding protocols and industry regulations.
2. Charge Entry Specialists
Responsibilities:
- Entering and processing medical billing charges with precision.
- Ensuring all entries comply with billing guidelines and internal policies.
- Communicating effectively with billing teams to address charge entry issues.
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Educational Background: Any graduate from a recognized university.
- Experience: Immediate joiners only. Please note, freshers are not eligible for these positions.
- Location: Hyderabad, working from the office (WFO).
Essential Skills
- For Surgery Coders:
- Certification in medical coding (CPC, CCS, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and coding standards (e.g., ICD-10, CPT).
- Keen attention to detail and analytical skills.
- For Charge Entry Specialists:
- Familiarity with medical billing software and procedures.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
