Job Responsibilities
- Primary Market & Desk Research: Support various research projects, including primary market studies and secondary research.
- Primary Research: Conduct interviews with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), industry experts, clinicians, CROs, and other senior-level respondents.
- In-Depth Interviews: Engage in qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights from C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Secondary Research: Analyze key trends, clinical trials, literature reviews, and other data to address Key Intelligence Questions (KIQs).
- Data Interpretation: Assist senior team members in interpreting research results using cross-referenced secondary sources.
- Project Management: Participate in multiple research projects across different therapeutic areas and geographical regions.
- Client Servicing: Provide excellent client support across various time zones, ensuring seamless communication.
- Progress Reporting: Share daily updates with internal stakeholders, including the Project Manager, Senior Associates, and Assistant Managers.
Required Skills
- Excel & PowerPoint: Basic working knowledge is essential.
- Communication: Proficiency in English (written and verbal), with strong interpersonal skills.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare, biotech, and pharma terminologies and workflows.
- Self-Motivation: Energetic, driven, and self-motivated individual.
