Position: Trainee – US Healthcare RCM

Interview Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Shifts: 2:30 PM–12:00 AM / 7:00 PM–5:00 AM
Experience: Freshers & Graduates Welcome

🎯 Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee in US Healthcare RCM, you will:
- Handle Accounts Receivable and Authorization processes.
- Analyze claims and follow up with insurance providers.
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation in healthcare systems.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and US healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve claim discrepancies.
- Support process improvements and achieve performance targets.
🎓 Qualifications
- Any Graduate or Equivalent Diploma (Life Sciences, Commerce, or Computer background preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
- Basic computer proficiency – MS Office, data entry, email handling.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Willingness to work in US shifts (night shifts).
