  • Content Creation: Develop specialized content under supervision, supporting the end-to-end publication/medical education content development process, including documentation and approval in PromoMats/iEnvision (previously Datavision/MATRIX).
  • Expertise Development: Maintain and develop expertise in assigned therapeutic areas.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with peers and teams to develop best practices and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

People Responsibilities:

  1. Stakeholder Relationship: Maintain effective relationships with the medical scientific community within the allocated Global Business Unit and product, aiming to develop education and communication content as needed.
  2. Healthcare Professional Interaction: Interact effectively with healthcare professionals on publication content.
  3. Team Assistance: Assist other writers in developing knowledge and sharing expertise.

Performance Responsibilities:

  1. Publication Material: Provide publication material (e.g., slide decks, abstracts, posters, manuscripts) as per agreed timelines and quality standards.
  2. Strategic Support: Offer strategic support with individuals and institutions that may serve as resources for publication purposes.

Process Responsibilities:

  1. Material Development: Develop publication material.
  2. Medical Communication Support: Support the field of medical communication for the assigned therapeutic area.
  3. Publication-Need Analysis: Assist the assigned scientific communication team in conducting comprehensive publication-need analysis.
  4. Implementation: Implement relevant elements of the publication plan and associated activities identified for the region.
  5. Vendor Coordination: Work with selected vendors within the region to deliver the required deliverables as per the defined process.
  6. Feedback and Improvement: Design an overall plan of action based on end-user feedback to improve course content and delivery.

Stakeholder Responsibilities:

  1. Collaboration: Work closely with scientific communication teams in regions/areas to identify publication needs and assist in developing assigned deliverables.
  2. Liaison: Liaise with Product Managers, MSLs, and the Medical department to prepare relevant and customized deliverables.
