Responsibilities
The Pharmacovigilance Executive will support global drug safety and Pharmacovigilance operations. Major responsibilities include:
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with the Global Pharmacovigilance system.
- Prepare and review PV SOPs and work instructions.
- Perform complete ICSR processing, quality control and submission.
- Handle ICSRs originating from spontaneous reports, literature, regulatory sources and clinical trials.
- Prepare and support PSUR, RMP and REMS documentation.
- Prepare signal detection reports and trend analyses.
- Handle regulatory authority queries and customer complaints.
- Prepare and review PI, Medication Guide (MG), PIL, SmPC and CCDS documents.
- Conduct literature searches, literature reviews and screening for ICSRs and safety studies.
- Support Safety Data Exchange Agreement (SDEA) establishment and compliance checks.
- Handle, review and track product complaints.
- Support development, validation and revision of the Global AER database.
Qualification and Experience
