Position: Executive – Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
Experience Required: 3 to 8 Years
Qualifications: M.Pharm or M.Sc
Key Responsibilities
As an Executive in the Analytical Development Laboratory, your core responsibilities will include:
- Method Development and Validation:
- Development of HPLC/GC/IC methods focused on feasibility, verification, equivalency, and validation for:
- Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API)
- Complex products
- Oncology products
- Topical products
- Comparative evaluation of methods with alternative vendor methods versus existing primary vendor methods while conducting regulatory impact analysis.
- Dissolution Studies:
- Conduct dissolution development, comparative dissolution, multimedia dissolution, and undertake statistical evaluations and report preparations.
- Instrument Proficiency:
- Demonstrate a good understanding and hands-on experience with analytical instruments including HPLC, IC, and GC.
- Expertise in NI/GI & NOSRT with LCMS/GCMS is essential.
- Solid-State Characterization:
- Conduct solid-state characterization and API sameness studies.
- Involve yourself in in-vitro studies such as extraction and leachables (E&L), IVPT/IVRT, impurity characterization, and sameness study.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with various regulatory guidelines and standards, including USP, EP, BP, JP, as well as current regulatory frameworks like ICH, EMEA, and FDA.
- Instrument Calibration and Maintenance:
- Be responsible for the maintenance and calibration of lab instruments and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
