Job Responsibilities for Project Support Coordinator II
The Project Support Coordinator II plays a vital role in providing both administrative and technical support for project teams, ensuring efficient coordination of clinical trials. Some key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and completing tasks outlined in the trial activity matrix.
- Performing department, internal, country, and investigator file reviews, documenting findings, and maintaining electronic records.
- Supporting the maintenance of study-specific documentation, such as study team lists and project-level activity plans.
- Organizing and scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including taking meeting minutes.
- Exporting, preparing study metrics reports, and maintaining vendor trackers.
- Assisting with project setup, including the creation of Investigator Site Files and other trial documentation.
