A leading global healthcare and life science company is seeking an Associate Manager โ€“ Project Support Services for its Bengaluru, Karnataka office. This full-time, onsite role offers a chance to contribute to the mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer while leading a skilled operations team.


Key Responsibilities

As the Associate Manager โ€“ Project Support Services, you will:

  • Manage and mentor staff, including recruitment, goal setting, performance management, and training.
  • Oversee department initiatives to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality in project execution.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Working Practice Documents (WPDs).
  • Conduct training for staff on study start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities.
  • Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements across all phases of clinical trials.
  • Review and approve operational documents like time records, expense reports, and leave requests.
  • Support business development activities by analyzing budgets and project metrics.
  • Perform additional management duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

Education:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent qualification.

Experience:

  • 0โ€“5 years of clinical research experience, including remote and on-site monitoring.
  • At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • In-depth understanding of ICH GCP, clinical trial phases, and regulatory processes.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven capability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, business development, and performance metrics.
