As the Associate Manager – Project Support Services, you will:

- Manage and mentor staff, including recruitment, goal setting, performance management, and training.
- Oversee department initiatives to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality in project execution.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Working Practice Documents (WPDs).
- Conduct training for staff on study start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements across all phases of clinical trials.
- Review and approve operational documents like time records, expense reports, and leave requests.
- Support business development activities by analyzing budgets and project metrics.
- Perform additional management duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent qualification.
Experience:
- 0–5 years of clinical research experience, including remote and on-site monitoring.
- At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
- In-depth understanding of ICH GCP, clinical trial phases, and regulatory processes.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven capability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of budgeting, business development, and performance metrics.
