Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Manage user access configurations across Oracle Argus suites, including Argus Admin and Axway.
- Handle Oracle Argus upgrade initiatives and safety database migration projects.
- Configure products, product families, studies, licenses, and safety code lists.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Pharmacovigilance projects.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into system design specifications.
- Automate Pharmacovigilance workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex safety system issues and recommend technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and work process documentation.
- Deliver end-user training and mentor Safety Systems Analysts and Administrators.
- Participate in client meetings and support business proposal development.
- Stay updated with emerging Pharmacovigilance technologies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Pharmacovigilance experience.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Argus Safety administration and configuration.
- Experience with Argus upgrades, data migration, and safety system support.
- Knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and global Pharmacovigilance regulations.
- Experience in workflow automation and document management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
