Job Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Standard (Monday to Friday)
Work Mode: Fully Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor product stewardship programs.
- Ensure compliance with global chemical regulations including GHS, REACH, TSCA, OSHA, EPA, and ECHA requirements.
- Author Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels using UL WERCS.
- Conduct hazard classification of substances and mixtures.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
- Collaborate with global customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Lead product stewardship projects and annual reporting activities.
- Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Chemistry or other Life Sciences.
- 3โ5 years of experience in:
- Hazard Communication
- Chemical Hazard Assessment
- Safety Data Sheet (SDS) authoring
- Regulatory Affairs
- Dangerous Goods classifications
- Strong knowledge of:
- GHS
- REACH
- ECHA
- CLP
- TSCA
- Prop 65
- OSHA
- ISO guidelines
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management systems and SDS authoring tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

2. Product Stewardship โ Dangerous Goods Specialist II
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (1:00 PM โ 10:00 PM)
Work Mode: Fully Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, IMDG, ADR, TDG, OSHA, and 49 CFR regulations.
- Interpret regulatory changes and update company procedures.
- Submit required documentation to regulatory authorities.
- Support product managers with hazardous product reclassification.
Risk Management
- Conduct risk assessments for transport and storage of dangerous goods.
- Develop mitigation strategies and safety protocols.
- Work closely with logistics and distribution teams.
Training & Development
- Design and deliver Dangerous Goods regulatory training.
- Maintain employee certifications and training records.
Operational Support
- Provide guidance on classification, packaging, labeling, and shipment of dangerous goods.
- Support logistics partners on compliance requirements.
Continuous Improvement & Incident Management
- Lead audits and inspections.
- Investigate dangerous goods incidents.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in:
- Dangerous Goods Management
- Hazardous Materials Compliance
- Risk Assessment
- Regulatory Documentation
- Preferred Certifications:
- IATA DGR
- DOT Hazardous Materials Transportation
- OSHA 30-hour General Industry
- CDGP or CHMM certifications
- Experience in global or multi-regional compliance environments.
