1. Operator – Production (Oral Solids)
Job Overview
The Operator – Production role for Oral Solids is intended for candidates experienced in key solid dosage manufacturing processes. The role involves working with production equipment and supporting manufacturing operations as per established procedures.
Responsibilities
- Operate and support oral solids production activities in the manufacturing area.
- Handle RMG operation and granulation process activities.
- Work with FBD operation as part of the oral solids production process.
- Follow production procedures and maintain process discipline in the manufacturing area.
- Support production line activities while ensuring required operational standards are followed.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Sc
Key Skills and Experience Required
- Experience in RMG operation and granulation process.
- Knowledge in FBD operation.
- Experience in GIA Granulation Line will be an added advantage.
- Experience required: 2 – 4 Years.
2. Operator – Production (Injectable)
Job Overview
The Operator – Production role for Injectable manufacturing is suitable for candidates with experience in aseptic production processes and injectable manufacturing equipment. The position requires practical knowledge of sterile manufacturing practices and compliance in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate aseptic filling machines in injectable manufacturing operations.
- Handle sterilization unit operations as required in the production area.
- Operate and support vial washing equipment activities.
