Responsibilities
- Receive, trend, log, and coordinate product quality complaints.
- Handle complaints received through phone, email, and internet channels.
- Support complaint processing activities for the QAS Intake team.
- Act as a subject matter expert for intake team complaint processes and scenarios.
- Guide QAS employees to follow Quality Assurance Services SOPs and work instructions.
- Collaborate with daily review and closing teams for complaint record handling.
- Manage high-profile complaints and ensure proper justification is documented.
- Support audits and inspections related to the QAS group.
- Provide complaint volume data, deviation reports, and related quality data when required.
- Identify automation and defect-proofing opportunities using data and business cases.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with Teva customers during US business hours.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities within the quality assurance group.
