๐ฌ Key Responsibilities โ MS&T Tech Transfer Role
1. Documentation & Technical Review
- Review technology transfer documents from R&D or sending sites
- Prepare and review protocols, reports, and gap analysis
- Coordinate approvals with cross-functional teams
2. Batch Monitoring & Data Analysis
- Monitor validation, exhibit, and commercial batches
- Compile and review analytical data for reporting
- Work closely with production teams
3. GMP Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and review:
- SOPs
- Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR)
- Change controls & CAPA
- Deviation and investigation reports
- Ensure data integrity compliance (ALCOA+)
4. SAP & Risk Assessment
- Perform SAP operations (production & planning modules)
- Conduct excipient risk assessments
5. Training & Quality Systems
- Ensure timely completion of GMP and compliance training
- Maintain adherence to global quality standards
๐ Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Experience: 3โ5 years in:
- MS&T / Tech Transfer
- Production / QA / Validation
- GMP documentation and compliance
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of technology transfer lifecycle
- Experience with change control, CAPA, deviations
- Familiarity with SAP systems
- Understanding of data integrity & regulatory requirements
