🧩 Roles and Responsibilities

As a Pharmacovigilance Case Processor at TCS, you will:

• Analyze and interpret complex pharmacovigilance data.
• Access and process cases in Oracle Argus safety database.
• Perform coding, data entry, and narrative writing.
• Ensure accurate and compliant case processing as per global PV regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and timelines.
• Contribute to audits, CAPA, and process improvements.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields.
• 1–4 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance Case Processing.
• Proficiency in Argus Safety database is essential.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
