๐ Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Data Management Specialist at TCS, your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and understanding study protocols and timelines.
- Performing data review, data reconciliation, and query management tasks.
- Implementing study team feedback and handling manual data discrepancies.
- Developing specifications and testing edit checks and Data Validation Specifications (DVS).
- Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for clinical databases.
- Preparing study-specific procedure documents and maintaining documentation.
- Supporting metrics and status reporting, ensuring error-free, quality data with zero open queries.
- Managing SAE and vendor data reconciliation processes.
- Assisting the Trial Data Manager (TDM) in study setup and providing study-related reports.
- Participating in cross-functional meetings and addressing out-of-scope activities proactively.
๐ Educational Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Engineering.
- 5โ10 years of hands-on experience in Clinical Data Management (Pharma/CRO).
- Proficiency in EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, or Veeva CDMS) preferred.
- Strong understanding of GCP, CDISC, and regulatory data standards.
