Job Role: Research Associate Trainee – Analytical Chemist
Key Responsibilities
- Analytical Development:
- Perform method development, evaluation, and validation for analytical processes.
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, and KF to test raw materials, solvents, and finished products.
- Documentation:
- Record observations, results, and resource utilization in Laboratory Notebooks (LNB) or Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELNB) as per guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and data integrity policies.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all environment, health, and safety (EHS) protocols.
- Actively contribute to creating a safe workplace by adhering to safety guidelines and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Ensure compliance with Syngene’s quality and integrity standards.
- Collaborative Culture:
- Drive a culture of professionalism, excellence, and ethical practices within the team.
- Participate in training and development programs related to EHS and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc. in Chemistry or a related field.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in analytical chemistry.
Key Skills
- Proficiency in analytical chemistry techniques and instrumentation (HPLC, GC, KF).
- Strong understanding of method development and validation processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
