Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting small molecule bioanalytical experiments in compliance with GLP and GCP standards.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform sample processing for method development, validation, and study sample analysis
- Execute BA/BE studies as per approved protocols
- Prepare STPs, method validation protocols, and study analysis protocols
- Operate and troubleshoot analytical instruments such as:
- LC-MS/MS
- HPLC
- Ensure compliance with ALCOA++ documentation standards
- Maintain regulatory compliance under GLP/GCP guidelines
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment-related issues
- Document and report experimental data accurately
- Participate in scientific discussions and project review meetings
This role requires strong expertise in regulated small molecule bioanalysis, analytical method validation, and documentation integrity.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Pharmaceutics or related life sciences from a reputed university
Industry Experience:
- Hands-on experience in small molecule regulated bioanalytical experiments
- Experience in a Bioanalytical CRO lab (preferred)
