Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical SAS Programmer at Synergen Bio, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality programming support in a CDISC environment. Your tasks will include:

• SAS Programming: Provide programming support in CDISC SDTM and ADaM environments.
• Data Analysis: Create and modify SAS programs to produce TLGs (Tables, Listings, and Graphs), along with complex safety and efficacy datasets.
• Data Validation: Perform complex data checks and validations to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the datasets.
• Documentation: Prepare and review project documentation, including Data Definition Tables and SDTM mapping annotations.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to ongoing improvements in processes and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Quality Control (QC): Maintain quality standards for all programming tasks, ensuring compliance with WSOPs/Guidelines, ICH-GCP, and international regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: B.Pharm, M.Sc., M.Pharm, or any science-related degree.
• Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in SAS programming within clinical trials or data management.
• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of CDISC SDTM and ADaM standards, with experience in producing TLGs, complex datasets, and data validation.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality control, ensuring accuracy and adherence to corporate standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Time Management: Capable of adhering to project timelines and delivering results efficiently.
