Position Overview
The Electronic Health Records Specialist manages and optimizes EHR systems to support clinical and administrative operations. Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain EHR systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Support EHR implementation, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Train healthcare staff on EHR usage, workflows, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT teams and vendors for resolution.
- Customize templates, forms, and workflows according to clinical requirements.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
