The openings are in the Production (Parenteral) department at Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries LTD., Survey No. 22 & 24, Village-Ujeti, Post-Baska, Taluka-Panchmahal, Gujarat – 389350 (near Halol region).

These positions involve hands-on work in parenteral manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards in a state-of-the-art aseptic environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Team members in these roles will contribute to:
- Operating and maintaining equipment such as Spray Dryer, Manufacturing Skid, Autoclave, and general filling lines.
- Handling BFS (Blow-Fill-Seal) and PFS (Pre-Filled Syringe) manufacturing and filling operations.
- Performing aseptic processing, CIP (Clean-In-Place), and SIP (Sterilize-In-Place) activities.
- Ensuring adherence to GMP, safety protocols, and quality guidelines in parenteral production.
- Troubleshooting equipment issues and supporting efficient production workflows.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of product quality and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical) / B.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
- Experience: 2-7 years in relevant pharmaceutical production, preferably in parenteral / injectable manufacturing.
- Key skills: Familiarity with aseptic techniques, filling operations, BFS/PFS, autoclave handling, and spray dryer operations is highly desirable.
Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
