Qualification: M.Pharm
Location: Baroda (Tandalja – R&D)
Key Responsibilities
- Injectable and non-oral formulation development (lyophilized, solution, NDDS)
- Pre-formulation & formulation experiments using QbD approach
- Literature review and interpretation of regulatory guidelines
- Preparation of PDR, FMEA, CPP/CQA risk assessments
- Technology transfer documentation (Master Formula, Sheet II)
- Support scale-up, exhibit, and commercial batches
- Stability study protocols, SOPs, and regulatory audit readiness
🔹 Executive – FRD Orals (Statistics & Central Investigation Team)
Experience: 2–5 years
Qualification: M.Pharm
Location: Baroda
Key Responsibilities
- Statistical analysis of manufacturing & stability data
- Dissolution similarity (f2), content uniformity analysis
- Shelf-life extrapolation and inverse extrapolation
- DoE and multivariate analysis for root-cause investigations
- Process capability assessment and specification justification
- Training cross-functional teams on statistics and stability
🔹 Senior Executive / Manager II – India Regulatory Affairs
Experience: 8–10 years
Qualification: M.Pharm
Location: Baroda
Key Responsibilities
- India regulatory strategy for ND, SND & FDC products
- CMC, BE & clinical dossier review as per CDSCO guidelines
- Dossier compilation and submission via SUGAM portal
- SEC referral summaries, prescribing information & labeling review
- Coordination with cross-functional teams for regulatory filings
