Key Responsibilities of the Executive Role
As an Executive – CQC, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Logging Product Quality Complaints: Record and manage PQCs in the TrackWise database.
- Customer Communication: Acknowledge complaints and follow up with complainants for samples and additional details.
- Investigation Support: Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate product quality investigations.
- Response Handling: Draft and send response letters to complainants.
- Reconciliation: Track and reconcile market complaints efficiently.
This role involves both internal and external interactions, giving you exposure to diverse teams and processes within the organization.
