Key Responsibilities โ QA Pharmacovigilance Executive
The selected candidate will support global pharmacovigilance quality systems and ensure compliance with regulatory standards across PV operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in developing the global pharmacovigilance system auditing program
- Conduct and report audits as Lead Auditor or Co-Auditor for:
- CROs
- Vendors
- Service providers
- Affiliates and partners
- Conduct audits for Sun Pharma sites involved in pharmacovigilance operations
- Manage Internal Audit Observation Database (IAOD)
- Review and ensure closure of CAPAs and deviations
- Review Pharmacovigilance SOPs for:
- Clarity
- Compliance
- Completeness
- Prepare and review departmental SOPs
- Support monthly report preparation
- Manage training records through LMS
- Support external and corporate audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional pharmacovigilance teams
- Maintain documentation according to regulatory and quality standards

Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications:
- M.Pharm
- BDS
Experience Required
