Sula Vineyards is Hiring for Executive / Sr. Executive Vineyard Operations

Sula Vineyards, India’s leading wine producer, is hiring an Executive / Sr. Executive – Vineyard Operations for its Dindori, Nashik vineyards in 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for agriculture and horticulture graduates with hands-on experience in grape cultivation, canopy management, and vineyard team leadership to join the pioneer of Indian winemaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily vineyard activities and take complete ownership of the assigned vineyard area
• Monitor vines regularly for pest, disease, and nutrient deficiencies
• Perform and oversee cultivation practices: thinning, pruning, tying, suckering, and canopy management
• Manage planting, replanting, irrigation scheduling, and harvesting operations
• Execute timely pesticide and nutrient sprays as directed by the Viticulture Manager
• Coordinate and lead labour teams for efficient field operations
• Assist in harvest planning and maintain strict grape quality control standards
• Maintain accurate field records, spray logs, and operational reports

Qualifications & Experience Required

• B.Sc or M.Sc in Agriculture, Horticulture, or Viticulture
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in vineyard operations or horticulture crops (grape cultivation experience preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of grapevine cultivation practices and integrated pest management
• Proven ability to lead and motivate field teams
• Willingness to stay at/near Dindori vineyard location (Nashik district)
