Key Responsibilities

• Conduct literature surveys for various regulated and semi-regulated markets.
• Design, execute, and document laboratory-scale experiments.
• Perform Design of Experiments (DoE) and scale-up batch activities.
• Develop and optimize formulations for solid oral dosage forms and liquid products.
• Handle different dosage forms including ER (Extended Release), DR (Delayed Release), and pellet formulations.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to formulation development.
• Support product development activities for US and other global regulatory markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product development and commercialization.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality systems and regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• B.Pharm
• M.Pharm
• M.Sc (Relevant Science Discipline)

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of literature surveys for regulated markets.
• Experience in formulation development and scale-up activities.
• Knowledge of solid oral dosage forms and liquid formulations.
• Understanding of ER, DR, and pellet technologies.
• Familiarity with Product Development Report (PDR) requirements for US and international markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PLM, and Design of Experiments software.
• Good documentation and analytical skills.
