Job Responsibilities
Depending on the role, responsibilities at Strava Healthcare may include:
- HPLC Analyst (QC): Perform high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) testing, ensure compliance with quality standards, and maintain lab documentation.
- GLP Officer (QC): Oversee Good Laboratory Practices, conduct audits, and ensure regulatory compliance in quality control processes.
- IPQA Officer: Monitor in-process quality assurance, verify manufacturing processes, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Plant Maintenance Officer: Maintain plant equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure operational efficiency.
- HR Account Sr. Executive: Manage payroll, compliance, and financial reporting for HR operations.
- Data Analyst Trainee Officer: Analyze data trends, generate reports, and support business decisions.
- Business Development Trainee Officer: Identify market opportunities, support client outreach, and promote pharmaceutical products.
- Regulatory Affairs Officer/Executive (ROW Market): Prepare and submit regulatory documents for international markets, ensuring compliance with global standards.
- Sales Coordinator Officer: Coordinate sales activities, manage client communications, and support sales strategies.
- Purchase Officer (Finished Products): Handle procurement of finished pharmaceutical products, negotiate with suppliers, and manage inventory.
Qualifications
- HPLC Analyst & GLP Officer: M.Sc. or B.Pharm with 1-3 years of experience.
- IPQA Officer: B.Pharm (Fresher).
- Plant Maintenance Officer: ITI with 2-6 years of experience.
- HR Account Sr. Executive: M.B.A/B.B.A/M.Com/B.Com with 4-7 years of experience.
- Data Analyst & Business Development Trainee Officer: M.B.A/B.B.A/M.Com/B.Com (Fresher).
- Regulatory Affairs Officer/Executive: B.Pharm/M.Pharm, Fresher (Officer) or 4-7 years of experience (Executive).
- Sales Coordinator & Purchase Officer: M.B.A/B.B.A/M.Com/B.Com with 0-3 years (Sales Coordinator) or 2-5 years (Purchase).
