Roles and Responsibilities
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
Quality Assurance / Quality Control
- Monitor and maintain compliance with GMP guidelines
- Review batch manufacturing and batch packaging records
- Conduct quality testing and documentation activities
- Support audits and regulatory inspections
Engineering & Maintenance
- Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
- Handle preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
- Ensure smooth operation of utilities and production machinery
Production Operators
- Operate manufacturing equipment such as granulators, coaters, and compression machines
- Follow SOPs and batch instructions during production
- Maintain production records and ensure product quality
Technicians
- Maintain plant utilities such as HVAC and electrical systems
- Ensure uninterrupted facility operations
- Assist engineering teams in troubleshooting technical issues

- M.Sc
