Key Responsibilities (Across Roles)
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality plans and QMS documentation
- Handle Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, OOS/OOT/OOC, Market Complaints, and Product Recall
- Conduct daily cGMP rounds, internal & external audits, and audit compliance reporting
- Prepare protocols & reports for Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, Equipment Qualification
- Perform in-line, pre-final, and final inspections to ensure product quality
- Lead and train quality & production staff on GMP requirements
- Plan preventive maintenance, calibration, and breakdown management
- Coordinate with external vendors for qualification & validation activities
- Ensure timely release and dispatch of finished products
- Maintain BMR/BPR and engineering documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.E. / B.Tech (relevant discipline)
- Proven experience in USFDA / MHRA / WHO-GMP compliant plants
- In-depth knowledge of QMS, cGMP, validation, and regulatory guidelines
- Hands-on experience with Pharmacloud or similar software (preferred)
- Strong leadership, auditing, and documentation skills
