Roles & Responsibilities
Bioassay Role
- Isolating and propagating primary cell lines
- Performing mammalian cell culture maintenance
- Developing and validating bioassay methods
- Conducting ELISA, potency, and binding assays
Downstream Processing (DSP)
- Handling chromatography techniques
- Working with monoclonal antibodies (MAbs), fusion and recombinant proteins
- Performing protein purification and process validation
- Managing tech transfer (TT) to production
USP (Upstream Processing)
- Handling fermentors and bioreactors
- Media preparation and shake flask studies
- Leading team activities in manufacturing or R&D
General Responsibilities
- Documentation and data compilation as per regulatory norms
- Maintaining compliance with quality standards
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry or related field
- Relevant hands-on experience in biopharma industry
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and regulatory practices
