The company is urgently looking for Senior Research Associates and Research Associates with hands-on experience in analytical method development and method validation for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) forms. Key Job Responsibilities
- Perform Analytical Method Development for new drug products (OSD) using HPLC, GC, and wet lab techniques
- Execute complete Method Validation as per ICH/USP guidelines
- Prepare and review AMV protocols, reports, and supporting documentation
- Conduct routine analysis, stability sample testing, and forced degradation studies
- Operate and troubleshoot advanced instruments: HPLC (Agilent/Shimadzu), GC, UV, IR, Dissolution, etc.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and data integrity standards
Qualifications & Experience Required
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Analysis/Pharmaceutics) or M.Sc (Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry)
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in ADL/QC of regulated pharma companies
- Mandatory exposure to Method Development & Method Validation for OSD dosage forms
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines (ICH Q2, USP <1225>, etc.)
- Excellent documentation and report-writing skills
