Job Responsibilities
EHS Executive / Sr. Executive
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations in injectable manufacturing.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols for the facility.
- Monitor and maintain EHS certifications and documentation.
- Train staff on safety procedures and emergency response.
- Perform regular audits to uphold workplace safety standards.
Microbiology Executive / Sr. Executive
- Conduct microbiological testing and validation for injectable products.
- Monitor cleanroom environments and ensure sterility compliance.
- Analyze samples and maintain accurate laboratory records.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality control.
- Stay updated on microbiology standards and regulatory requirements.
IPQA Executive
- Perform in-process quality assurance checks for injectable manufacturing.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and SOPs.
- Document and investigate deviations or non-conformances.
- Support batch release and quality control processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality.
Qualifications
- EHS Executive/Sr. Executive: EHS-certified course with 3-8 years of experience in injectable manufacturing.
- Microbiology Executive/Sr. Executive: M.Sc. in Microbiology with 3-5 years of experience in injectables.
- IPQA Executive: 4-5 years of experience in injectable manufacturing quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, GMP, and injectable production.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
