Roles & Responsibilities
Store
- Maintain inventory records.
- Handle ERP-based store activities.
- Coordinate material receipt and issue.
- Maintain documentation.
HR & Admin
- Manage recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle payroll inputs and attendance.
- Ensure statutory compliance.
- Maintain HR records, MIS reports and audit documentation.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Perform QMS and validation activities.
- Handle CAPA, OOS and OOT investigations.
- Prepare SOPs and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems.
Quality Control (Chemical)
- Perform analysis using HPLC, TOC, UV Spectrophotometer and other laboratory instruments.
- Follow GLP/GDP and QMS practices.
Production
- Manage production documentation.
- Supervise manpower.
- Ensure GMP/GDP compliance.
- Maintain aseptic manufacturing practices.
Packing
- Supervise packing operations.
- Coordinate manpower.
- Monitor daily production targets.
- Prepare packing reports.
Dispatch
- Handle finished goods dispatch.
- Prepare dispatch documentation.
- Ensure timely delivery and GMP/GDP compliance.
