Key Responsibilities
Program Implementation and Execution
- Execute patient program operations in accordance with organizational SOPs and compliance requirements.
- Develop regional strategies to improve patient enrollment and medication adherence.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers to ensure quality patient support.
- Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Patient Interaction and Support
- Supervise patient support activities and counseling services.
- Support disease education and medication adherence initiatives.
- Coordinate communication between patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure smooth implementation of patient support programs across therapy areas.
Stakeholder Management
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and Patient Solutions teams.
- Ensure programs comply with medical and quality standards.
Operational Management
- Monitor aggregate data and maintain compliance reporting.
- Identify gaps and implement innovative patient engagement solutions.
Pharmacovigilance and Product Technical Complaint Reporting
- Ensure adverse events are reported to the Pharmacovigilance team within one working day.
- Ensure Product Technical Complaints are reported within one working day.
- Work with service providers to maintain data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Compliance and Data Privacy
- Ensure all patient support activities comply with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA).
- Ensure Sanofi employees do not directly handle patient data.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates with any of the following qualifications can apply:
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- B.Sc (Life Sciences)

Experience Required
