🧠 Key Responsibilities (HEVA & Medical Operations)
As an Associate Project Specialist – HEVA, you will support end-to-end delivery of HEVA, publication, and medical education projects, including:
🔹 Project & Budget Management
- Coordinate with HEVA Senior Directors, TA Leads, business partners, vendors, and finance teams
- Conduct monthly/quarterly budget reviews and maintain HEVA budget trackers
- Support NA intake forms, SOW processing, PO tracking, and invoicing
- Assist with year-end cross-charges and finance reconciliation
🔹 HEVA & Publication Operations
- Provide project management support for HEVA deliverables, publications, and medical education materials
- Track timelines, risks, issues, and compliance milestones
- Support submission, amendments, approvals, and QC activities
- Manage tools such as Datavision, RightFind, Matrix, PromoMats, NAYA, eBuy, PrismAccess
🔹 Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Onboard vendors and manage contracts, renewals, and amendments
- Coordinate advisory boards, external expert engagements, and scientific events
- Work closely with global and local medical communications and HEVA teams
🔹 Knowledge & Content Support
- Retrieve scientific articles via RightFind and other databases
- Support procurement of paid articles and congress materials
- Maintain HEVA trackers, Smartsheets, and audit readiness
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
✅ Education
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Biomedical Sciences
- Medical degree holders are also eligible
✅ Experience
- 1–3 years post-qualification experience
- Background in medical communications, HEVA, pharma operations, or project management preferred
✅ Skills Required
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
- Exposure to medical publications, HEVA, or scientific project coordination
- Ability to work independently in a global matrix environment
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
